Due to the hands on nature of our presentations, we usually limit the total number of students in any single presentation to a maximum of 30 to allow them easy access to the exhibits, however we have done presentations for as many as 40 primary students. If more than one session is booked for the same campus, on the same day, the indicated discounts apply. All prices exclude GST.
For example if you have two classes, you would pay:
$190 for each session
Total cost: $380 for two sessions + GST.
To make a booking, either ring us directly on the mobile phone number below or simply download our Excel booking form by clicking on the link on the left of this page and save it to somewhere on your hard drive and open it. The booking form will perform all calculations automatically for you and will apply any promotional code discounts to the total. Please select up to three alternate dates for the presentations, if possible, in case your chosen date is booked out, the preferred times for each session and the total amount of time available for each session. After checking all details, simply email the form to us at the address below (after making the appropriate changes in the convoluted address). Note: bookings for Science Week (August) fill VERY quickly.
We understand that you may not be available over the phone during class time and prefer to correspond via email for this reason. We check our email regularly and should have an answer for you by the next morning, or earlier. If you wish us to contact you by phone to discuss options, please email us a suitable date and time to ring and we will endeavour to contact you then.
