If your school or social group is having a Science Night, Science Fare or other "science themed" event, we are happy to come along with a selection of items for people to look at and ask questions. We can bring along a few meteorites (our 11kg Iron meteorite is always popular, as well as meteorites from the Moon and Mars) and some dinosaur fossils (a few teeth and some dinosaur models are always popular with kids from 7 to 70). Our robotic D-Rex is also popular with little ones. We can also add some other fossils to give extra variety (trilobites are always popular, as are homonid skulls). We are happy to talk to children or adults and try to answer any questions they may have, or to direct them where to start their own fossil or meteorite collection.
Just let us know the type of night you are organising and we can bring along something that is sure to have everyone talking for days after the event. |
